A humorous look at the NSA suicide rate

17 Jan 2014 |

Charlie Brooker’s Weekly Wipe is a BBC program which takes a darkly satirical and highly scabrous look at events over the preceding week. Here is a clip of guest comedian Doug Stanthorpe (who is American), running his subversively funny eye over news last year that the NSA is engaged in the mass-collection of just about everyone’s emails.

Charlie Brooker’s Weekly Wipe started a new series last week (Thursdays 10pm GMT, BBC2), and can be accessed using the iPlayer. Although geo-restricted to the UK, overseas viewers can view programmes on the iPlayer using a VPN service.
