The 2017 Grammys
This year the Grammy Awards “Red Carpet Special” will be hosted by Nancy O’Dell and Kevin Frazier. The Entertainment Tonight presenters will host the 30-minute show. They will introduce celebrities arriving on the red carpet outside of the LA venue. You can expect to see a host of music stars as well as Hollywood’s finest walking up the carpet.
The main event will be hosted by the fabulous James Corden. Corden has risen to fame in recent years because of the viral sensation “Carpool Karaoke.” The segment was originally part of Corden’s award-winning The Late Late Show. Last year, however, it was bought up by Apple Music, which now has the rights to distribute the series in 100 nations around the world. For anybody who hasn’t seen Carpool Karaoke, it is a must! Corden had the following to say about his invitation to host the biggest music event on earth:
“I am truly honored to be hosting the GRAMMYs next year. It’s the biggest, most prestigious award show in music, and I feel incredibly lucky to be part of such an incredible night.”
So far a number of incredible artists have been announced for the show. Metallica (who played at the 56th Grammy Awards with the Chinese pianist Lang Lang) are back again. The incredible rock band, which has won an amazing eight Grammys in total, has promised that they have something extra special up their sleeves for the 2017 performance:
“First, it was a total honor to be nominated, but now this?!!? We’re beyond excited that we have been invited to perform on the 59th annual Grammy Awards telecast on Sunday, February 12, 2017. It’s been three years since we were lucky enough to participate in the awards show when we last performed with world-renowned Chinese concert pianist Lang Lang and we’re thrilled to be asked back.
“We have something very unique and special planned for this celebratory night, so tune in to watch on CBS-TV… check those local listings for your timezone and keep watching here for more information.”
John Legend, Carrie Underwood, and Keith Urban will also play at the awards ceremony. Perhaps the most exciting acts this year, however, are Bruno Mars and Adele. Both will appear on stage to perform their hit singles.

Why a VPN for Grammy Awards?
Watching CBS All Access from outside the US is in breach of copyright. That means not every VPN is suitable. Some VPNs sell user data on to third parties and have highly insecure privacy policies. This is especially true of free VPNs. In addition, some VPNs provide outdated or badly implemented encryption, which won’t keep you private and secure as you watch the Grammys from overseas.
All of the VPNs in our guide are recommended because they have lightning fast servers in the US, which will be perfect to watch the Grammy Awards in HD quality. Other VPNs would suffer from buffering and lagging issues – these will not. In addition, these VPNs are all highly sought after and trusted services that provide high levels of security for their subscribers. As such, any of the options in our Five Best VPNs are perfect for keeping you secure as you watch the 2017 Grammy Awards.
